Seahorse Villa

Esta propiedad me gustó mucho, esta a 5 minutos de la playa y es facil parquear, esta amplia y cómoda, con muchos mercados y restaurantes cerca, muy limpia y buena comunicación con el anfitrión, la recomiendo

Muy buena estancia, magnífica experiencia

Home was very clean and well maintained. Michael was very easy to communicate with and attentive for any needs we may have (although we had no issues). Overall we had a terrific vacation and will definitely use Naples Trust Vacation Rentals for future vacation rentals.

We loved our relaxed and relaxing stay at Seahorse in Naples Park. The home was perfectly designed for ease of living and maintaining, with amenities that were just right for us. The pool and patio areas were especially lovely and we spent many happy hours there.
The home is well located in town and just minutes away from places to buy food, eat out, go to the art museum, and of course visit Vanderbilt Beach. The property manager was helpful and returned calls and e-mail messages promptly.

When arriving we felt very welcome . The home was clean and nicely decorated. There were many little things to make us feel at home (games, pool toys, beach towels, bikes and wagons for the children). Unfortunately Ian was closing in and we were forced to evacuate the next day. Wished our stay could have been longer! Hope the home survived the near direct hit from Ian. We didn't have the opportunity to experience much in the area.

Nothing bad to say about this home. Nice size kitchen, beautiful back yard with pool, barbecue grill, and three large bedrooms with two large bathrooms. Everything very clean and equipped

he Seahorse is a totally great place to stay, although not as well set up as it could be.

The house is in a fine location in Naples. The pool and backyard is really lovely, and the grill is new. The house is nice enough, no real complaints.

However the manager is clearly not that attentive as there was no salt in the kitchen, the utensils and amenities were quite random, a few light bulbs were out, some of the decor is odd (huge wine bottle with drawers inside?!?) and closets and drawers had lots of random junk. The bikes and pool toys and beach chairs were a nice addition...but the broken bike/toy pump made it a bit harder to use them. None of that actually negatively impacted our stay, but I wouldn't have wanted to come here for a romantic getaway! Also its been two months since we left and the exorbitant security deposit has not yet been returned...

We really enjoyed our stay at Seahorse House. We had everything we needed (the beach cart, chairs, umbrella and bikes are a nice touch although some of the chairs were not usable). The house was very clean and well equipped (including dish washer detergent, TP, etc.) The pool area was lovely. The beds were comfortable! We had never been to the Naples area before and we could have used a few tips from an "insider" -- suggestions for restaurants and an explanation of the beach access policies and best spots would have been helpful but we figured it all out. The location was quiet and convenient. We would highly recommend the Naples Botanical Garden, the tram tour at Shark Valley, and both Clam Pass Beach and the closest beach.

Beautiful, spacious home in Naples. Everything was perfect. Will stay here again.
