Relax by your gorgeous private pool with brand new furniture on the lanai, or sit on the open air balcony overlooking this beautiful Florida neighborhood and saltwater canal. The interior of the home has countless new features, including 1st and 2nd floor master bedrooms. The entire kitchen has been redesigned making it larger overall, with new cabinets, new countertops, and 2 separate eating areas. Just off the kitchen you will find the dining room with a table large enough to fit 8 people. The living room has spacious seating and vaulted ceiling, making it a wonderful place to relax in the AC during the hot summer months. Each bedroom either has an attached bathroom or is only steps away from one. All bathrooms have been completely renovated as well, with brand new vanities and tile throughout. Planning on working remotely? This is the place to do it, as we have furnished the home with high speed internet and 2 separate desks. House was very clean and well appointed. Short drive to the beach. House has bicycles as well if you wish to ride. Lots of little details were thought out in this house all the way down to a small medical kit for aches, pains, bumps and bruises. Everything you could ask for in a vacation property for your family. We will return here in the future!

We had a great time with our family ! The house was in perfect conditions, kitchen updated and New!!! Bedrooms are very comfortable. Pool and bbq are new ! We definitely love the house and will love to rent this house again . Beach and restaurant are near . Beautiful Neighborhood !
